  • 4 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp. red grape tomatoes cut along in half
  • 2 tbsp. yellow grape tomatoes cut along in half
  • 1 tbsp. l balsamic vinegar
  • 16 whole basil leaves, finely chopped and a little bit over the need
  • 110 gr. butter

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a small frying pan over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add garlic and fry, stirring, for 1 minutes Remove from the stove before the garlic gets very dark (it may be golden in color). Pour the garlic oil into a bowl and Cool slightly.
  2. Add red and yellow tomatoes, balsamic vinegar and basil. Salt and pepper. Stir and try the salad, when add more basil and salt if necessary (but do not over-salt!). Cover the bowl and, if you have time, refrigerate 1 – 2 hours.
  3. Cut the baguette into slices obliquely so that the surface of the slices was bigger. In a large pan, melt 4 tbsp. l (60 gr.) butter and toast half of the whole bread on both sides, until golden crisp. Then melt 4 tbsp again. l (60gr.) butter and also fry the remaining bread.
  4. Before serving, mix the tomato salad and put on generous servings on slices of bread. Spread the bruschetta on a large dish and serve as a snack.
