Recipe preparation:
- In a non-stick pan over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add the baguette slices and fry on both sides until golden brown and crisp, about 8 minutes. Give cool, then brush with a little fig jam. From above put a slice of blue cheese. Sprinkle with basil.
