  1. Finely chop the onion with garlic. Cut tomatoes into large slices.
  2. Put everything in a multicooker bowl, add pepper, sugar, salt, oregano and basil. Set the quenching mode to 1.5 hours. We wipe the resulting mass through a sieve, or grind with blender.
