- Preheat the oven to 220 °. Wash the vegetables. At the tomato remove the stalk, peel the onion. Tomato and half a cucumber slice, the rest of the cucumber – cubes. Chop onion rings, grate cheese on a coarse grater. At dill, remove both the stems and chop.
- Stuff the minced meat in a bowl and let stand for 2 minutes. In a bowl, mix and minced meat and mayonnaise sauce. From the minced meat, form a meatball with a diameter of 6 – 8 cm, 1-2 cm thick.
- In a frying pan, heated over high heat with oil, fry 2 to 3 minutes on each side, then reduce heat and continue to fry, turning, 7 – 10 minutes until cooked.
- For 3-4 minutes, place the buns in the oven so that they podpekali.
- In a separate bowl, mix the diced cucumber, dill, sour cream, mix, salt, pepper to taste and spread buns on the inside.
- Wash the salad, pick the leaves with your hands. Put it on a bun cutlet, slacks of tomato and cucumber, onion rings, sprinkle good cheese, put a lettuce leaf and cover with a second half buns, fasten with a skewer and serve.
