  1. Preheat the oven to 220 °. Wash the vegetables. At the tomato remove the stalk, peel the onion. Tomato and half a cucumber slice, the rest of the cucumber – cubes. Chop onion rings, grate cheese on a coarse grater. At dill, remove both the stems and chop.
  2. Stuff the minced meat in a bowl and let stand for 2 minutes. In a bowl, mix and minced meat and mayonnaise sauce. From the minced meat, form a meatball with a diameter of 6 – 8 cm, 1-2 cm thick.
  3. In a frying pan, heated over high heat with oil, fry 2 to 3 minutes on each side, then reduce heat and continue to fry, turning, 7 – 10 minutes until cooked.
  4. For 3-4 minutes, place the buns in the oven so that they podpekali.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the diced cucumber, dill, sour cream, mix, salt, pepper to taste and spread buns on the inside.
  6. Wash the salad, pick the leaves with your hands. Put it on a bun cutlet, slacks of tomato and cucumber, onion rings, sprinkle good cheese, put a lettuce leaf and cover with a second half buns, fasten with a skewer and serve.
