Black Beans Salsa Sauce

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 425 gr. black bean (without liquid)
  • 1 pack (480 gr.) Frozen corn beans, optional (defrost)
  • 2 diced large tomatoes (remove seeds)
  • 1 peeled and diced avocado
  • 1 diced small onion head
  • 1/8 – 1/4 Art. chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 tbsp. l lime juice
  • 1 tbsp. l red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Cover and put in a cold place for 7 hours or night. Try and if add salt, pepper or another lime juice.
  2. Serve as a snack with corn tortilla chips tortillas, or with grilled chicken breasts, as main course.
