- 2 diced large tomatoes (remove seeds)
- 1 peeled and diced avocado
- 1 diced small onion head
- 1/8 – 1/4 Art. chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 tbsp. l lime juice
- 1 tbsp. l red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper
