  1. Boil the beets until cooked and mashed with blender. You can add 2-3 tbsp. l boiled water. Beets should have a sweet taste, and not be fibrous, so as not to spoil the taste pancakes.
  2. We prepare the dough from eggs, flour, kefir with water, sugar, salt, soda and oils. Add beetroot puree, mix. Leave alone for 20 minutes.
  3. We bake pancakes in the usual way.
  4. For the filling, cook and chop the eggs. We clean herring, we cut on filet and cut into cubes. Chop finely chopped green onions. Everything mix and add chili or black pepper.
  5. Lubricate beetroot pancake with cream cheese and spread the filling from eggs and herring.
  6. Pancake roll up.
