Beetroot and Prune Salad

Healthy, delicious and beautiful salad. Refuel it can be homemade mayonnaise, or thick sour cream. Hard prunes should be pre-soaked in hot water for half an hour, then rinse in cold water.

  1. Wash the beets, set on fire, peel, cooled, rub through a coarse grater.
  2. Grind nuts in a blender.
  3. In a bowl, combine the beets with chopped garlic.
  4. Put nuts, finely chopped prunes, season with mayonnaise or sour cream.
  5. Serve in portions, rammed in a figured cookie cutter. Garnish with greens if desired.
