Difficulty: easy Servings: 4 In the recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

Cheese sauce

  • 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Butter
  • 2 tbsp. l wheat flour
  • 1/4 tsp mustard powder
  • 3/4 Art. beer
  • 1/2 tbsp. cream (10% fat)
  • 180 gr. grated ripe yellow cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp. l horseradish

Hamburgers

  • 650 gr. ground beef, preferably from the neck
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
  • Vegetable oil, for grilling
  • 4 buns with poppy seeds, cut horizontally into two parts
  • Tomato slices
  • 2 tbsp. l chopped fresh onions – chives

Recipes with similar ingredients: flour, mustard powder, beer light, cream, cheddar cheese, horseradish

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the grill to a moderate to high temperature. Melt butter in a saucepan at medium temperature. Add flour mustard powder and stir, stirring, for 3 minutes. Whisking beer with a whisk, bring to a boil; continuing to whisk add cream. Continue cooking at low boil, occasionally stirring until the sauce thickens, 3-4 minutes. Add cheese and horseradish, mix until smooth. Turn off the fire and keep the sauce warm.
  2. Form four round patties weighing 160 grams from the minced meat. each and about 2 cm thick. Make a thumb in the center each cutlet is 1.2 mm. deepening. Sprinkle cutlets on both sides salt and pepper. Lubricate the grill grids with a small amount. vegetable oil, place the patties on the wire rack, recessed into bottom, and fry until marks appear, about 5 min. Turn over and continue to fry until slightly solid, yet about 3 minutes Cutlets turn out medium fried. Transfer cutlets to a dish and leave for 5 minutes. Place buns on the grill, cut down and fry until golden brown, about 1 min
  3. Place cutlets on the lower halves of the buns and cover with cheese the sauce. Put tomato slices on top, sprinkle with onions – cutter and cover the upper halves of the buns.
