- 6 Kaiser Buns
- 700 gr. beef brisket, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced into thin half rings
- 1 tbsp. l salt plus 2 tsp and additionally to taste
- 6 tbsp. l red wine vinegar
- 3/4 Art. mayonnaise
- 3/4 Art. sour cream
- 1/4 Art. plus 2 tbsp. l canned grated horseradish (with liquid)
- 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
- Spicy sauce
- 12 tomatoes on a branch
- 3 tbsp. watercress and arugula mixtures

Recipe preparation:
- In a small bowl, mix the onions and 1 tbsp. l salt. Leave in side for 20 minutes Rinse the onions with cold running water, and lightly wring out to remove excess fluid. Mix onion and vinegar and marinate for at least 30 minutes. or up to 24 hours.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, zest and 2 hours. l salt. Season with plenty of pepper and hot sauce to taste. Put horseradish sauce in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven. Cut the buns in half lengthwise. Use your hands to make a shallow indentation in each half. Shift buns on a baking sheet upward notch. Toast bread in the oven for about 1 min.
- Spread the buns inside with a thick layer of sauce. On every bottom part of the Kaiser bun, put 2 slices of tomato, salt and pepper to taste. Put a few slices of beef on top overlap, salt and pepper. Put a little onion on the meat and watercress and cover with the top of the bun.
