Grilled marinated beef

  • 900 gr. beef tenderloin, cut into 2 equal pieces
  • 1 tbsp. l shallow sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. l onion powder
  • 1 tbsp. l garlic powder
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp. l paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder

Sandwiches

  • 1/2 tbsp. sour cream
  • 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. l fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp. ready sharp horseradish
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tsp shallow sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 16 slices of lightly toasted rye bread
  • 2 very thinly sliced half rings of white onion

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a dense plastic bag of 4 liters. fold spices for meat and shake to mix well. Put one piece of meat, shake the bag, remove the meat and repeat the same with a second piece of meat. Put the first piece of meat in the bag again, close it and put marinate in the refrigerator for enough long time – recommended 24-48 hours. But if you do not have time wait, you can cook right away. It won’t work the same great but still delicious.
  2. Make horseradish and sour cream sauce: In a medium bowl size mix sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, horseradish, garlic, sea salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly and place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours
  3. In 20 minutes remove the meat from the refrigerator before frying and let it stand at room temperature. Preheat strongly grill or large grill pan. Grill meat 10-15 мин. (7.5 minutes on each side) or until desired readiness. (Best medium-sized, about 60-63 ° C.) Remove the meat, cover and let stand for 5-10 minutes.
