Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 3 stalks of green onions (cut the root parts)
  • 12 frozen asparagus shoots (thaw)
  • 12 slices of thinly sliced beef (thickness 0.3 see, approximately 110 – 170 gr.)
  • 1/4 Art. purchased teriyaki sauce

Recipe preparation:

  1. Cut each stalk of green onion in half lengthwise, then cut in half lengthwise into 2 pieces of about 10 cm. In shoots cut the ends of the asparagus so that the ends remain with inflorescences long 10 cm
  2. Lay the slices of beef on a work surface in the form of high rectangle. Put the green and white part of the onion and 1 a piece of asparagus across the bottom of the meat rectangle. Tight roll each part into a cylinder and fasten 1-2 Toothpicks. Lubricate each roll with Teriyaki sauce.
  3. Preheat the grill, grill pan or grill in the oven. Sauté the meat for 3 minutes. Flip over, water each again serving teriyaki sauce. Toast for another 3 minutes. Serve right away.
