Ingredients for the recipe:
- 3 stalks of green onions (cut the root parts)
- 12 frozen asparagus shoots (thaw)
- 12 slices of thinly sliced beef (thickness 0.3 see, approximately 110 – 170 gr.)
- 1/4 Art. purchased teriyaki sauce

Recipe preparation:
- Cut each stalk of green onion in half lengthwise, then cut in half lengthwise into 2 pieces of about 10 cm. In shoots cut the ends of the asparagus so that the ends remain with inflorescences long 10 cm
