Recipes use dimensional capacity: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cups (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teahouse spoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 6 leaves of savoy cabbage
  • 250 gr salted dried beef (corned beef, basturma)
  • 2 slices of rye bread
  • 1 tsp whole grain mustard
  • 1/4 Art. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Art. chopped parsley or dill

Recipe preparation:

  1. Boil the cabbage leaves in boiling water for 2 minutes. Then rinse under cold water, wipe dry and cut in two.
  2. Mix mayonnaise with herbs and spread with a mixture of cabbage leaves. Black bread cut into strips and put on top mayonnaise. Beef cut into strips, mix with mustard and put on bread.
  3. Roll cabbage leaves into rolls and cut into two parts.
