Recipes use dimensional capacity: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cups (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teahouse spoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 6 leaves of savoy cabbage
- 250 gr salted dried beef (corned beef, basturma)
- 2 slices of rye bread
- 1 tsp whole grain mustard
- 1/4 Art. mayonnaise
- 1/4 Art. chopped parsley or dill

Recipe preparation:
- Boil the cabbage leaves in boiling water for 2 minutes. Then rinse under cold water, wipe dry and cut in two.
- Mix mayonnaise with herbs and spread with a mixture of cabbage leaves. Black bread cut into strips and put on top mayonnaise. Beef cut into strips, mix with mustard and put on bread.
- Roll cabbage leaves into rolls and cut into two parts.
