Beef Burger Cutlet with Mushrooms

The beef cutlet will get a more vibrant and rich taste if mix minced meat with fried finely chopped mushrooms. Of spices you only need salt and black pepper to taste. When mushrooms cool, they mix with raw minced meat, cutlets are formed and fried in a pan. Three minutes will be enough to cutlets turned out tender and juicy.
