Beef and Fried Egg Sandwiches

Make a juicy premium striploin sandwich with blood. Strip Steak Sandwiches

  • 8 steaks Striploin Kansas City / New York, with cut fat
  • 4 onions, each cut into 4 thick round slices
  • 2 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. l lemon pepper
  • 1 tsp coarse salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 8 elongated sandwich buns cut to the side in half

Scrambled eggs

  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Butter
  • A pinch of coarse salt
  • A pinch of ground black pepper

Spicy mayonnaise

  • 0.5 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp ground pepper ancho
  • Mix the ingredients in a bowl

Recipe preparation:

  1. On high heat, heat 2 grill pans. Grease the slices onions on one side with butter and put them on the oiled side down to the grill pan. Fry until grill marks 3-4 minutes, then grease on top with plenty of oil, turn over slices and fry until grill marks appear on the other hand, yet 3-4 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle steaks on both sides with lemon pepper, salt and black pepper. Fry for 2 minutes, flip and fry for another 2 minutes for the degree of frying “with blood.” Put the rolls with the slice down on pan and fry for about 2 minutes.
  3. Heat a large non-stick pan over moderate heat and add butter. Beat all the eggs (or fry in portions, if desired), sprinkle with salt and pepper and fry 2 minutes. Turn the eggs over and fry for another 45 seconds. Lubricate both sides. buns with anchovy mayonnaise, lay steak, onion and egg on top.
