Burritos with meat filling were baked in the oven, sprinkled with cheese on top.
This is one of those recipes that comes to mind when your the family is sitting at the table and shouting, tapping with a fork on the table. If you find beef and beans in your fridge, just wrap them in a cake. And after 20 minutes under applause you can serve something small, hot and it tastes good.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 900 gr. chopped finished beef
- 3 cans (200 g each) of tomato sauce for enchiladas
- 1 can of refried beans
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp seasoning chili
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 Art. grated cheddar, plus for sprinkling
- 12 tortilla cakes
- 1/2 tbsp. chopped cilantro

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 100 degrees. In a large skillet over over high heat, fry the onion until soft. Then add the beef, cumin, seasoning chili and oregano; salt and mix. Pour in tomato sauce and simmer meat in a sauce over low heat for 5 мин. Add a little water if the sauce gets too thick.
- Meanwhile, in a saucepan, heat overheated over medium heat beans, add cheese and mix until it melts. Take off fire.
- Preheat the cakes in the microwave for 1 minute, then spread each bean paste. Add the meat sauce. Add up cakes envelope, and place them in a large baking dish. Cover with foil and place in the oven.
- When the burritos are baked, remove from the oven and pour them the tomato sauce remaining from the preparation of the filling. Sprinkle cheddar, and bake for a couple of minutes until the cheese is melted. sprinkle burrito with cilantro, and plant right on the forks in your hands household members. They will kiss and hug you, repeatedly. All of you done playfully.
