Homemade Corn Buns
- 1 tbsp. milk
- 2 tbsp. l melted butter
- 250 gr dry mix for making corn bread
- 1 egg
- Cooking spray
- 6 grilled beef sausages
- 0.5 tbsp. crumbled tortilla chips
- 0.5 tbsp. cheese
Vegetable Physalis Topping
- 250 gr finely chopped vegetable physalis
- 1 chopped jalapeno pepper without seeds and veins
- 3 tbsp. l coarsely chopped cilantro leaves
- 1 tbsp. l lime juice (1-2 limes)
- 1 tbsp. l red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Sahara
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 0.5 medium-sized finely chopped red onions
Ketchup with chipotle
- 0.5 tbsp. ketchup
- 2 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1 chopped canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce and 2 tsp adobo sauce

Recipe preparation:
- Make ketchup with chipotle. Pour ketchup, vinegar, chipotle and adobo sauce in a food processor and grind to puree state. Make the filling of vegetable physalis.
