- 1/3 Art. and 2 tbsp. l dark barbecue sauce (recipes for sauces for barbecue see here)
- 250 gr skinless chicken breast fillet
- Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers
- 2/3 Art. (90 gr.) Grated smoked gouda cheese
- 2/3 Art. (90 gr.) Grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 small red onion heads, cut thin rings
- Fresh cilantro leaves for sprinkling

Recipe preparation:
