Champignons for more than 10 years are frequent guests not only on a festive, but also everyday table. Is it possible from them to cook an unusual cold appetizer, which would not only be tasty, but attractive and seductive in appearance?

It is never too late to master new horizons in such a thing as mushrooms.

Old recipes in a new way

Even the laziest at least once baked champignons in the oven and already managed to feel how delicious it is. However unsightly the appetizer can be turned into a masterpiece of culinary art, slightly having diversified and supplemented the basic recipe and already familiar technique cooking.

The main ingredients:

  • champignons – 10 pcs.;
  • 1 onion and tomato 1 pc.;
  • medium potatoes – 2 pcs.;
  • Parmesan – 50 g;
  • sour cream – 50 ml;
  • salt to taste;
  • green onions;
  • parsley and dill – 2 branches each;
  • vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons;
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste.

Cooking method

Champignons are cleaned, washed and dried. Then off the hats the legs are carefully separated. Hats are laid out on a baking sheet, oiled with vegetable oil. After that, in each hat you need put 1 teaspoon of sour cream, which is slightly salted before by this. For 7 minutes, the hats are in the oven at temperature at 1800C.

While the hats are baked, the onion is chopped finely. Further on small cubes are cut by the legs of mushrooms. The potatoes are then peeled and chopped. about the same cubes as the legs. Potatoes are fried on for 5 minutes in vegetable oil (ceramic pan coating is very useful). After that to the potato cubes mushroom legs and onions are added and the mixture is fried for about 7 more minutes. After preparation, the mixture should be seasoned with salt and pepper. to your liking.

We take out the hats and the oven and set aside. Take cheese and rub on a fine grater. Gently spread in each hat potato mix with onions and chopped mushroom legs. Then sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at a temperature of 1800С for another 10-15 minutes.

We take out the hats and put them on curly colored plates. While they cool, cut the tomato into small pieces and put on each hat. After that sprinkle them finely chopped herbs. Decorate the plate with onion feathers and serve to the table.

Options: in the case of the experience of baking mushrooms, you can experiment with cheese varieties, as Parmesan is not the only one option. It’s better to take boiled potatoes so that they can do well bake.
