  • 150 gr. grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp. l very fine sugar

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 190 ° C. Place bacon on a baking sheet, sprinkle with a portion of the prepared thyme leaves on top and bake in for 12-15 minutes until it becomes crispy.
  2. Cut the apples horizontally. On a separate baking sheet laid out with parchment paper, lay the apples in one layer and pour a little olive oil. Sprinkle on top some sugar and thyme, sprinkle the lower halves with cheddar, lay the bacon. Bake in the oven until the apples begin to dry, and the cheese will not melt, about 30-35 minutes. For serving, decorate arugula and serve.
