Bacon Cheese and Maple Straws

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 pack frozen puff pastry
  • 1 egg, beat
  • 0.25 Art. maple syrup
  • 2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Juice of half an orange
  • 900 gr. raw bacon (thin enough chopped)
  • 1 tbsp. finely grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp. l rosemary (or sage, or thyme)
  • You will need: wooden or metal skewers 12 cm long

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Sprinkle a cooking spray two baking sheet covered with foil.
