Asparagus in bacon

These tender bunches of asparagus can be cooked in a hot oven or on Grilling if you are outdoors. Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 700 g asparagus (cut into a length of 7-10 cm.)
  • Olive oil
  • A few pinches of black pepper
  • 4 slices of smoked or cured bacon
  • Chives or chives, for decoration

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Drizzle asparagus with a little olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper. Calculate the total amount of asparagus and divide into approximately 4 parts. Collect one piece of asparagus stalks and wrap them in bacon. Do it with the rest ingredients.
  3. For grilling: put wrapped asparagus in bacon on the grill, and cook for 10-12 minutes until the bacon is crispy and asparagus tender and soft.
