Recipe preparation:
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix rice vinegar, peanut oil, ginger, chipotle pepper paste, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil and canola oil. Salt and pepper to taste. In big in a bowl mix Beijing cabbage, romaine lettuce, carrots, chilli peas, cilantro and green onions. Add dressing and well mix.
