- 1/4 Art. chopped shallots (1 large onion)
- 1 tbsp. l honey
- 0.5 tbsp. good olive oil
- 1 tsp coarse salt
- 0.5 tsp ground black pepper
- 6 tbsp. arugula, washed and dried
- 350 gr feta cheese, diced in 1.5 cm cubes.
- 1 tbsp. (120 gr.) Mint leaves, cut into strips

Recipe preparation:
