  1. First you need to prepare a small form in which cool halva. It needs to be covered with parchment paper, greased very small amounts of vegetable oil. Armenian halva

  4. Now you need to make sugar syrup. Melt the honey on water bath, and in a small saucepan mix water with sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil and remove from heat, the liquid must be constantly stir until sugar is completely dissolved. When the syrup has cooled, add honey.

  5. Fry sesame seeds in a pan, add to syrup.

  6. Put the pan where the flour is again on fire and little by little you need to pour sugar syrup. All ingredients constantly mix and fry them for several minutes.

  7. 1/3 of the contents must be poured into the pre-prepared form pans. Spoon well to press halva. Repeat this procedure twice more.

  8. Cover halva with parchment paper, place on top a small place the load and form in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning halva will be ready to eat.
