  1. Cheese grated, parmesan – on a shallow, mozzarella – on large.
  2. Mushrooms to clean, wash, chop.
  3. Boil rice. Throw in boiling water at a rate of 1: 2, after boil for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Fry the mushrooms in a pan with butter.
  5. In a bowl, mix the mushrooms with grated mozzarella, basil, to salt.
  6. In another bowl, mix boiled rice with butter, grated egg Parmesan, salt to taste.
  7. With wet hands we form a rice ball, inside we lay mushroom stuffing, make a small tight ball.
  8. Roll the balls in flour, egg, breading, deep-fried five minutes. Spread on paper napkins.
  9. Serve decorated with greens.
