- Cheese grated, parmesan – on a shallow, mozzarella – on large.
- Mushrooms to clean, wash, chop.

- Fry the mushrooms in a pan with butter.

- With wet hands we form a rice ball, inside we lay mushroom stuffing, make a small tight ball.
- Roll the balls in flour, egg, breading, deep-fried five minutes. Spread on paper napkins.
- Serve decorated with greens.
