  1. Rinse the apples thoroughly, then peel them cut into 2 parts and cut a core from each apple.
  2. Next, cut the apples into slices, put them in a pan and fill with water. Put the pan on a slow fire and cook apples 30 minutes.
  3. Cool the boiled apples and chop them with a blender.
  4. Put the mashed potatoes in a saucepan, mix with granulated sugar, add cinnamon.
  5. Put the pot on the fire, bring the mashed potatoes to a boil and cook 10 minutes.
  6. Arrange the mixture in sterilized jars and plug them with lids.
