Ricotta mousse is not difficult to make at home, but it’s better to do it on the eve of the holiday, as it should freeze well. Make it it is possible the day before serving on the festive table, but it’s beautiful combine crackers, mousse and fish is not at all long.

  1. Soak 1 tsp. gelatin for 10 minutes. When it swells dissolve it in a water bath and introduce ricotta into the cheese. Add the same 1 tbsp. l orange juice, 1 tbsp. l lemon juice, and also introduce into the mixture 2 tbsp. l cream.
  2. Add chopped dill and a couple of drops of Tabasco sauce.
  3. Stir everything well and arrange in tins.
  4. The remaining cream should be whipped, crackers greased with cream.
  5. Now we need to take the form in which the solidification took place ricotta and for a couple of seconds lower it in hot water, and then flip over.
  6. We will put the resulting ricotta terrines on crackers.
  7. Lubricate everything on top with cream and put a salmon rosette.
