  1. Pour almonds overnight in water.
  2. Peel the almonds, put in a glass for immersion blender, add water and beat with a blender until good foam.
  3. Then add honey and almond essence (vanilla possible) and beat another 20-30 seconds.
  4. Sift milk through a sieve or cheesecloth folded in 4 layers. Milk is ready! Enjoy your meal!
