Now is the strawberry season, so these bouquets can be prepared at home and it’s nice to surprise your family. You can just make strawberries in chocolate, it is very tasty.

1. We plant strawberries on cooking skewers. I used 450 gr strawberries.
2. We drown milk chocolate in a water bath: you need a stove put the pan. Pour water into a pot and set on it another saucepan or cup, in which later it will be placed product for cooking in a water bath. Water should touch the bottom installed on top of the tank.
3. Dip strawberries in chocolate. I did not do every thing. We form a bouquet with a floral sponge.
4. Sprinkle with coconut and confectionery sprinkles. Give stand for 15 minutes.
5. We wrap our bouquet in the usual packaging craft paper.
