British sandwich for tea (canapes, “mini sandwich”) is a small sandwich that is eaten as a light meal, quenching hunger before dinner, you can also serve at the buffet table. Tea sandwiches come in many varieties, but they should all be easy prepare and be small – for two or three bites. It may be a sandwich with a long narrow slice of bread, a slice in the form triangle, or a small cracker. The base is also attached decorative shape with a cutting mold cookies. 3. With butter and cucumber. Mix 4 tbsp. l (60 gr.) Softened creamy oil, 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel and 1 tbsp. l chopped fresh greens. Spread on white bread, lay sliced between slices cucumber. Cut the crust and cut into pieces. 4. With oil and watercress. Make a butter and cucumber sandwich (No. 3), but instead of cucumber, start with watercress. 5. With shrimp and jamon. Puree 1/4 tbsp. pekillo peppers from a can with 3 tbsp. l mayonnaise. Spread on white bread. Make a fried sandwich on grilled prawns and chopped jerky pork ham serrano. Cut the crust and cut into pieces. 6. With pepper steak. Mix 4 tbsp. l (60 gr.) Softened creamy butter and chopped fresh herbs. Spread on slices of baguette. Top with thinly sliced steak and crushed pepper peas. 7. With peas and prosciutto. Mashed in a blender 1/2 Art. thawed green peas, 1 tbsp. l olive oil and water; salt and pepper. Spread on a biscuit cut in half focaccia, put prosciutto ham and grated parmesan on top. Cut into squares.
8. Focaccia with olives. Mix 1 tbsp. chopped olives with 3 tbsp. l parsley. Sprinkle the inside sliced tortilla focaccia with olive oil, lay out between halves olive mixture and slices of provolone cheese. Cut into squares. 9. With asparagus. Mix 3 tbsp. l (45 gr.) softened butter with 1 tbsp. l chopped fresh herbs. Spread a rye bread on rye bread; cut into rectangles. Cut the prepared asparagus tips in half lengthwise; put on slices of bread, sprinkle with lemon juice and olive oil. From above add chopped hard-boiled eggs, salt and pepper. 10. WITH anchovies and lemon. Mix 110 gr. softened creamy oil with 1 tbsp. l grated lemon peel. Spread on white slices of bread. Place anchovies, tomato slices and bib-lettuce between them. Cut the bread crust and cut into pieces.
11. Сsalmon and cucumber. Lubricate the slices of white bread with soft cream cheese. Start with smoked salmon and sliced cucumber. Cut the crust and cut into pieces. 12. With a salad of shrimp. Mix 1 tbsp. chopped ready-made shrimp, 3 tbsp. l mayonnaise, 1 tsp. grated zest and lemon juice, 1 tsp each. chopped chives and capers. Put between slices white bread salad with shrimp and bib-lettuce. Trim the crust and cut into pieces.
13. Сcrab salad. Follow the Shrimp Sandwich Recipe salad (No. 12), using 1 tbsp instead of shrimp crab meat. Add slices of avocado.
14. Сegg salad and chutney. Mix 3 sliced hard boiled eggs, 3 tbsp. l chopped celery, red onion and cilantro, 2 each tsp mustard and lime juice and 1/4 tbsp. mayonnaise. Cut white bread into slices and brush with mango chutney. Put the egg on top salad. 15. With chicken and pesto. Mix 2 tsp. pesto sauce with 2 tbsp. l olive oil; spread on thin slices of baguette. Add chopped chicken breast and halves on top grape tomatoes. Drizzle with pesto. 16. With bresaola and artichokes. Mix 4 tbsp. l (60 gr.) Softened creamy oil and 1/4 tbsp. chopped artichoke cores from a jar; salt and pepper. Spread thin slices of baguette. Put it on top bresaol ham and drizzle with olive oil. 17. With the village pate. Grease the white bread with mustard. Add a rustic pate and chopped gherkins. Put a slice of bread on top oiled. Cut the crust and cut into pieces. 18. C bacon and peanut butter. Grease a slice of white bread peanut butter. Put the chopped ready-made bacon on top and sliced banana. Put a slice of bread greased with mayonnaise on top. Cut the crust and cut into pieces.
19. With onions and liverwurst. Grease mustard rye bread pumpernickel. Make a Liver Sandwich sausages and slices of red onion. 20. With quince and cheese manchego. Cut the crust of white bread and cut the slices into pieces. On top, lay chopped manchego, quince paste and almond slices.
21. With mortadella and watercress. Lubricate the slices of white bread with softened butter. Top the sandwich with slices of watercress mortadella ham. Cut the crust and cut into pieces. Put chopped on top olives.
22.Corn bread with ham. Mix 6 tbsp. l (90 gr.) softened butter, 2 tsp. chopped green onions and 1 tsp honey. Spread on sliced corn bread as muffins, between the halves put the ham and pickled jalapenos.
23.With meatloaf and tomato. Grease Potato Bread mayonnaise. Make a sandwich of sliced meatloaf and tomato jam. Cut the crust and cut into pieces. Add more on top jam. 24. With figs and prosciutto. Lubricate the baguette halves softened butter and fig jam. Between them put prosciutto ham, sliced pears and bib-lettuce; salt and pepper. Cut into pieces. 25. With figs and cheese Camembert. Fry the brioche cut bun and cut into parts. Lubricate Camembert with cheese. Top with chopped fresh figs and caramelized walnuts. 26. With eggplant and yogurt. Start a small cut pita into pieces fried eggplant and diced cucumber. Add Greek yogurt, mixed with chopped mint. 27. With beef and horseradish. Brush a buffet rye bread with horseradish sauce. Make a sandwich with sliced cucumber, roast beef and watercress. Salt and pepper. 28. With chicken in California. Cut into slices whole grain bread. Grease with a green goddess dressing. Do smoked chicken sandwich, avocado slices, tomatoes and brussels sprouts. Salt and pepper. 29. With a salad of salmon. Mix 1 tbsp. ready salmon slices, 3 tbsp. l mayonnaise, chopped chives and dill, 1 tsp each. mustard and lemon juice. Put salmon salad and sliced radish. Cut the crust and cut into pieces. 30. Сapple and smoked turkey. Lubricate the baguette halves softened butter. Stuffed Smoked Turkey, Cheese cheddar and apple slices, salt and pepper. Cut into slices, add apple jelly on top.
31. With cheddar and pickled cucumber. Brush white bread with mayonnaise. Put sliced between slices pickled cucumbers and seasoned cheddar. Trim the crust and cut into pieces, then roll the edges in chopped parsley.
32. Sandwich “BLT”. Mix 1/3 tbsp. mayonnaise and finely chopped ready-made bacon; pepper. Spread on toasted white bread. Put sliced between slices cherry tomatoes and young lettuce. Cut the crust and cut into pieces. 33. “Club BLT”. Follow the recipe “BLT” (No. 32), adding turkey slices and making a three-layer sandwich. 34. C tuna salad. Mix 340 gr. tuna from a can (drain liquid), 2 tbsp. l chopped red onions and olives and 1/4 Art. olive oil. Drizzle the round halves with olive oil potato bread. Between them lay a salad with tuna and sliced hard boiled eggs. Cut in half. 35. With sweet onions. Lubricate the slices of white bread with softened butter. Top with thinly chopped red onions and salt; cover with bread and brush with mayonnaise. Trim the crust and cut into pieces; pressing, roll the edges into chopped parsley. 36. With paste and cherry. Spread a slice of bread brioche with cherry jam. Start the duck or sandwich pate goose liver. Cut the crust and cut into pieces. 37. Сsmoked trout. Mix 4 tbsp. l (60 gr.) Softened butter with 1 tsp. grated lemon peel. Spread on bread pumpernickel. Put slices of smoked trout between the slices, cucumber and onion. Cut the crust and cut into pieces.
38. Сradishes and anchovies. Mix 3 tbsp. l (45 gr.) Soft butter with 4 minced anchovies. Spread on slices white bread and make a sliced radish sandwich. Trim crust and cut into slices. 39. With grapes and blue cheese. Lubricate rye bread or pumpernickel with soft blue. cheese. Top with red grapes, sliced thinly slices. 40. With baked vegetables. To the lower half cut baguette, spread goat cheese, on the top – pesto sauce with sun-dried tomatoes. Make a sandwich with slices of baked eggplant, zucchini and red pepper. Cut into pieces. 41. Caprese. Put the sliced cheese on the focaccia. mozzarella, tomatoes and basil. Add salt, pepper and chopped cans of artichokes; drizzle with olive oil. Wrap the sandwich in cling film, lay heavy on top pan and keep under pressure for 30 minutes. Then peel off the film and cut it. 42. With peas and carrots. Puree 1/2 tbsp. thawed peas, 1 tbsp. l olive oil and water; salt and pepper. Cut slices of whole grain bread into squares; grease with a mixture of peas, add coarsely on top grated carrots. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil. sprinkle with grated parmesan, salt and pepper.
43. With strawberries and cream cheese. Brush soft cream cheese slices of bread with dates and nuts, make a chopped strawberry sandwich. Cut into pieces. 44. With spicy cheese. Mix 55 gr. softened cream cheese, 1/2 tbsp. grated cheddar and cheese Jack, 1/4 Art. mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste; stir 1/4 tbsp. chopped pepper pimento. Put between slices of white bread. Trim the crust and cut into pieces.
45. Сchicken salad. Mix 1/4 tbsp. mayonnaise, 2 tbsp. l chopped shallots and tarragon, 2 tsp. mustard and salt with pepper. Stir in 1 tbsp. chopped grilled chicken. Lay out between toasted slices of white bread chicken salad, watercress and chopped gherkins. Cut the crust and cut into pieces. From above add more gherkins. 46. With taleggio cheese and pear. Lubricate half of the baguette with butter. Make a sandwich out fig jam, slices of pear, taleggio cheese, add salt with pepper. Cut into pieces. 47. With lemon and berries. Cut into half the fried halves of English muffin. Lubricate with lemon cream and add berries. 48. With jelly and cream cheese. Lay between slices of whole grain bread softened cream cheese and raspberry or strawberry jelly. Cut the crust and cut into pieces. 49. With ricotta and an orange. Cut whole grain bread into squares. Do sandwiches with ricotta cheese and orange jam. 50. With raspberries and with chocolate. Spread slices of chocolate-nut white bread paste and raspberry jam pitted, combine.
