42. Zucchini fritters with bacon.
Mix 1 grated zucchini or zucchini and carrots, 3 finely chopped slices of cooked bacon, 2 feathers chopped green onions, 1 egg, 2 tbsp. l flour and 1/2 tsp coarse salt. Form small cutlets. Toast for 3 minutes each sides in a heated, oil-frying pan.
